Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp sweetened red beans azuki
  • 4 tbsp sweetened white beans
  • 4 tbsp coconut jelly nata de coco
  • 4 tbsp palm seeds in syrup kaong
  • 4 tbsp sweetened banana saba, sliced
  • 4 tbsp jackfruit strips in syrup
  • 4 cups shaved or crushed ice
  • 200 ml evaporated milk
  • 4 scoops ube purple yam ice cream
  • 4 tbsp leche flan cubed
  • Pinipig toasted rice crispies to garnish

Method
 

  1. Place 2–3 tbsp of each sweetened ingredient into the bottom of a tall glass or large bowl — red beans, white beans, coconut jelly, kaong, banana, jackfruit.
  2. Pack a large mound of shaved or crushed ice over the top of the sweet ingredients.
  3. Pour 50 ml of evaporated milk over the ice.
  4. Top with a generous scoop of ube ice cream.
  5. Add a cube or two of leche flan.
  6. Garnish with pinipig. Serve immediately with a long spoon and mix everything together before eating.
